These terms apply to promotions, offers and referral rewards advertised by Combline Rentals Ltd on this website, on social media or in our communications, unless a specific promotion states different terms.
1. General
- Promotions are available to new or existing customers as stated in each offer, while stocks or availability last.
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or combined with other promotions unless we say otherwise.
- Eligibility checks, documents and our standard terms still apply.
- We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, but this will not affect rewards already earned.
2. "From" prices
Prices shown as "from" are the lowest weekly rate available for that vehicle or range and may depend on contract length, vehicle availability and your eligibility. Your weekly rate is confirmed in your agreement.
3. Referral bonus
- An existing customer can earn a referral bonus when a driver they refer signs a rental agreement and completes the qualifying period stated in the current offer.
- The new driver must name the referrer when they first contact us.
- Bonuses are paid as a rental credit or bank transfer once the qualifying period is complete and both accounts are in good standing.
4. Fair use
We may refuse or reclaim any promotion obtained through misuse, false information or self-referral.
