1. Information we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through our forms, phone or WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email address, PCO licence status, when you need a car and any message you send.
- Rental and eligibility documents if you go ahead: driving licence, TfL private hire licence, proof of address, DVLA check code, National Insurance number and payment details.
- Technical data when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the campaign that brought you to us (for example a Google ad), collected via essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies.
2. How and why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a vehicle (steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
- To check your eligibility, arrange insurance and manage your rental agreement (performance of a contract and legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud, recover vehicles and handle claims, fines and charges (legitimate interests and legal obligation).
- To understand how our website is used and improve it (consent, for analytics cookies).
- To tell you about offers, only where you have agreed to this. You can opt out at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only where necessary: our insurers and brokers, vehicle tracking and maintenance partners, payment providers, our IT and email service providers, Transport for London, the DVLA, the police and local authorities (for example for fines or Congestion Charge), debt recovery agencies where payments are not made, and professional advisers. We never sell your data.
4. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a rental are deleted after 12 months. Rental records, documents and financial information are kept for 6 years after your agreement ends to meet legal, insurance and tax requirements.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), although we would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, restricted staff access and secure storage of documents.
